Product features of trough liquid distributor:
In order to improve the uniformity of fluid distribution in the pre-distribution pipe of the trough liquid distributor, the uniform opening is changed into two opening methods: non-uniform opening Ⅰ and non-uniform opening (pressure relief hole) Ⅱ. With the help of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, the k-ε model is used to perform numerical simulation and solve its three-dimensional flow field. The analysis shows that the outflow rate of each hole, the static pressure in the pipe and the turbulent kinetic energy distribution are the most uniform when the opening diameter is changed and a pressure relief hole is added. It is suitable for engineering operations.
Structural form
