Product features: The trough-disc liquid distributor combines the characteristics of overflow disc and screen disc liquid distributors. Its anti-blocking performance is greatly improved, avoiding the danger of liquid entrainment. The riser is rectangular, providing as much free space as possible for gas to pass (the opening rate is above 30%, and the operating flexibility can reach 1:10). The pressure is reduced to 500pa, and the production is not limited by the diameter size and material.

Trough-disc liquid distributor: It is an award-winning patented product and a new development of disc liquid distributor. It is called a trough-disc gas-liquid distributor because it is a disc distributor formed by welding several distribution troughs in order, which plays the role of collecting liquid, distributing liquid, distributing gas and side-line extraction, so it is named "trough-disc gas-liquid distributor".

The trough-disc liquid distributor is composed of a rectangular riser, an angle steel or channel steel liquid guide pipe, a dovetail or channel steel liquid retaining hood, a floor plate, a support ring and a support beam. The main difference between it and the disc-type liquid distributor is that the two rows of small holes, one large at the top and one small at the bottom, are opened in the upper, middle or lower middle part of the rectangular riser, and the holes of different diameters on the same vertical line are covered by the angle steel or channel steel liquid guide pipe. The liquid in the disc enters the liquid pipe through the spray hole. Under the protection of the liquid guide pipe, the liquid passes through the high gas velocity zone and the variable gas velocity zone, and from the low gas velocity zone, the extension length of the liquid guide pipe is 100mm.
