Introduction to Ammonia Filter:
Ammonia filter is a widely used tower internal. It is a fast and efficient filtering device. When the filter material is blocked, it can use the system to flush the filter material and restore the function of the filtering equipment without affecting normal operation. Automatic separation; easy installation, small footprint; high temperature, high pressure, acid and alkali corrosion resistance; high filtration accuracy; thorough and efficient backwashing, long service life; reliable operation, simple maintenance; can be widely used in the fields of raw ammonia filtration and residual ammonia filtration in coking plants
Application of ammonia filter:
(1) In the field of environmental protection, filtration, dehydration, ion exchange, electrolysis, activated carbon adsorption of sludge and flocculents after chemical coagulation of wastewater, pretreatment of wastewater; filtration and treatment of suspended matter in boiler wet dust removal wastewater (closed-loop circulation can be achieved); terminal treatment of flotation and evaporation concentration; oil-water separation of oily wastewater; various flue gas filtration, etc.
(2) This filter is suitable for the separation of solid suspended particles and oil in liquids, especially toxic media;
(3) It can be widely used in water treatment, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light industry, food, medicine, textile, papermaking, coking and steel industries, etc. where recycling is required.
Features of ammonia filter:
(1) High filtration efficiency: oil removal rate reaches 80-90%, and the removal rate of suspended solids with a particle size greater than 5um reaches about 90%;
(2) High regeneration efficiency: the simple gas-liquid rapid recoil method can be used to efficiently and quickly regenerate the blocked ceramic filter element, and the service life of the ceramic filter element is long;
(3) Excellent chemical corrosion resistance: resistant to various acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents below 70°C, odorless, non-toxic, and no foreign matter dissolution;
(4) Thermal stability: the filter material has thermal stability of 200-20°C for three times without cracking;
(5) Filtration accuracy and filtration rate: related to the average pore size, wall thickness, filtration pressure difference and material parameters of the microporous medium, it needs to be correctly determined through experiments and calculations, and can be filtered at a filtration rate of 5-10m/s.
