The factory inspection of tower internals includes which items?

The pre-factory quality check of the tower components is the key to ensure that the overall quality of the tower equipment meets the design standards. Check the following items:

　　1), combined with the design documents and the corresponding standard specification in the tower manufacturing plant on the plate tower parts of the welding quality and tower parts after welding the geometry of each part of the inspection. The main check items are: side gap, bottom gap, weir height, plate spacing and support ring, connecting plate and other internal parts of the tower body welded to meet the requirements.

　　2), in the tower manufacturing plant should also check: the straightness of the tower, ellipticity, segmentation at the circumference of the outer circle and the overall manufacturing quality of the tower. Check is based on the design documents and drawings, GB150-2011 “pressure vessels”, JB/T4710-2005 “steel tower vessel” and related standards and norms.

　　3), in the tower manufacturing plant based on the design drawings and standards and specifications for all equipment takeover inspection and acceptance, check whether the orifice orientation and size is correct, whether the ground bolt holes are in accordance with the drawing requirements, the site level meter takeover size and orientation is within the tolerance allowed. Before leaving the factory, the outer wall of the tower body should be marked with clear, solid 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 270 degrees marking line.

　　4), check the text material, mainly steel plate factory material list, for chromium phase steel, stainless steel should also check the steel plate into the factory material re-examination report, mechanical properties re-examination report.

　　Check the nondestructive testing report, heat treatment report, hydraulic test report.
