The stainless steel sieve plate is a parallel flow spray tower plate with excellent performance, which can effectively improve the mass transfer efficiency. Its mass transfer is carried out in the gas-liquid two-phase spray state, with the gas phase as the continuous phase and the liquid phase as the dispersed phase. It is essentially different from the traditional bubble cap, sieve plate, and float valve tower plate, in which the gas-liquid contact is carried out in the bubbling state, with the gas phase as the dispersed phase and the liquid phase as the continuous phase. The gas-liquid contact process can be described as follows: the gas enters the hood from the plate hole, lifts and breaks the liquid entering the bottom gap of the cap, and hits the top of the hood at the same time. The gas and liquid phases collide, break, and turbulent violently in the hood, and the surface is updated quickly, which is conducive to gas-liquid contact; then the gas and liquid are sprayed out from the side holes of the cap, and the liquid phase is a large number of dispersed small droplets, which greatly increases the mass transfer area. At the same time, the gas-liquid spray between the caps further promotes mass transfer; the droplets fall back to the tower plate, and the gas rises and enters the upper tower plate.
