Washing Benzene Tower Packing Inspection and Cleaning Plan

Second, the overhaul of the preparatory work:

1, in advance to set up the scaffolding needed for maintenance.

2、Prepare to check the required long tube respirator, fire extinguishers, explosion-proof flashlight, anti-static clothing, copper tools or wooden tools (at least 2 sets) and other inspection of the required instruments and protective equipment.

3、Preparing blind plates, bolts, pads and other materials required for isolation equipment.

4、Lubricate or replace the dismantling bolts in advance.

5、Train the maintenance personnel in advance.

6, in advance of the fire-fighting steam pipe to the bottom of the two manholes.

7. Prepare the fresh water spraying system for maintenance in advance (spraying through the nozzle at the top of the tower and preparing special pump and fresh water tank at the bottom).

Third, crude benzene system process delivery:

1、Discharge slag in advance.

2、Open the gas traffic valve of crude benzene section and close all gas valves in and out of crude benzene section.

3、Park the crude benzene system according to the Operation Regulations.

4、Empty the water in the upper and lower pipeline of the final cooling tower (to facilitate the blowing in the tower).

5、Shut down the connecting valve of final cooling tower and benzene washing tower, open the two towers respectively, use steam to fully blow the benzene washing tower, final cooling tower, gas inlet pipe of final cooling tower and gas outlet pipe of benzene washing tower, and then after sampling and analyzing the dispersed steam, the content of gas can be less than 0.5%, insert the blind plate into the gas pipeline according to the diagram (3 places), and require the blind plate and scraping pads to be fully coated with butter on all the appliances.

Four, overhaul methods:

2, the tower is fully cooled, the sampling pipe from the manhole deep into the tower to do gas analysis, to be analyzed after passing, the maintenance personnel can wear protective equipment (wear a good long tube respirator, wear a good anti-static suit, etc.) into the tower operation. Into the tower operating personnel need to be in the case of a person outside the supervision, wear a good long tube respirator, wear protective equipment, and use the rope to tie the waist to confirm the firmness before entering the tower (check the other end of the rope by the custodian control, to be checked when there are any abnormal problems, as soon as possible, the person will be pulled out). Into the tower operating personnel need to be rotated every fifteen minutes, if there is any discomfort during the operation timely out of the tower.

3、Operating personnel need to take the filler out layer by layer, they should make a record first and remember the way of placing. Appropriate curling, easy to take out of the tower.
