Benzene washing tower belongs to desorption tower, which is the operation equipment to let benzene hydrocarbons dissolved in the solvent of washing oil evaporate and release through the direct contact of heat carrier and heat transfer. First, wash benzene tower packing overhaul content:

Second, the overhaul of the preparatory work:
1, in advance to set up the scaffolding needed for maintenance.

Third, crude benzene system process delivery:

5、Shut down the connecting valve of final cooling tower and benzene washing tower, open the two towers respectively, use steam to fully blow the benzene washing tower, final cooling tower, gas inlet pipe of final cooling tower and gas outlet pipe of benzene washing tower, and then after sampling and analyzing the dispersed steam, the content of gas can be less than 0.5%, insert the blind plate into the gas pipeline according to the diagram (3 places), and require the blind plate and scraping pads to be fully coated with butter on all the appliances.

Four, overhaul methods:
