Plastic Haier ring filler is a new type of open-cell filler made of polypropylene injection molding. It was first developed abroad. Later, my country studied this filler. Inspired by this filler in imported devices, our company successfully developed domestic Haier ring filler.

Features of plastic Haier ring filler:

Plastic Haier ring filler is polypropylene, a conical open-cell cylinder, and maintains a saddle-shaped body, but the fin plate is changed to a conical open-cell cylinder, thereby combining the advantages of saddle and open-cell annular fillers, increasing the specific surface area and porosity, and improving the distribution of gas-liquid phase in the filler bed. Due to its unique shape, it not only has the advantages of large flux, large porosity, low pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, high mass transfer efficiency, light weight, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and good impact resistance, but also has the advantages of no nesting between fillers, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small wall flow effect and uniform gas-liquid distribution.

Application of plastic Haier ring filler:

Plastic Haier ring filler is suitable for gas absorption and acid gas absorption. Washing, cooling, gas purification, fertilizer production and other processes are actually widely used in various media in the petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, coal gas, environmental protection and other industries with a service temperature of 60-280℃ in the packing tower.
