The hollow float is made of polypropylene raw material through advanced technology. A respirator is welded on the round hole above the hollow float, so that the hollow sphere is protected from positive and negative pressures. It can not only remove the saturated gas in the hollow sphere and the accumulated water brought into the hollow sphere by the gas, but also maintain the buoyancy of the float, extending the service life of the float, improving the efficiency of the float, and reducing maintenance costs.


Characteristics of plastic hollow float filler:

It has large porosity, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, stable center of gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, overlapping edges, good covering and sealing effect, good absorption effect, and high purification effect rate.

It can be used continuously for a long time in various media when the working temperature is 60-150 degrees Celsius, and it does not occupy the site, has low investment, fast start-up, and simple operation.


Application of plastic hollow float filler:

Plastic hollow float filler is widely used in petroleum, chemical, chlorine alkali, coal gas, smelting, environmental protection, power and other industries.

It is actually used in various horizontal acid storage tanks, pickling, electroplating, electrophoresis, anodizing, humidification electrolysis, condensate storage tanks and desalted water tanks in water treatment to inhibit the volatilization and splashing of acid mist during operation. In addition to suppressing acid mist and saving energy, it can also replace fans and replace chromium mist inhibitors in chrome plating processes, greatly reducing acid mist, reducing acid mist and carbon dioxide and oxygen pollution to water in the air, protecting the health of operators, maintaining water quality, saving energy, purifying the environment, and effectively protecting the physical and mental health of operators and surrounding personnel.


It has been determined that using this product under normal production conditions can save about 0.6 kg of acid per hour, and the concentration of harmful gases at the operating point is reduced to about 0.4 mg/m3, which is much lower than the national standard for harmful gas emissions (15 mg/m3). This product has a pressure resistance of about 6 tons/m2, and has two diameters of 25 mm and 32 mm (the size can be customized according to customer requirements), which can be used alone. If two types (each accounting for 50%) are used at the same time with two or more layers of coverage, the coverage effect is better.
