When stacked in the tower, it is very uniform and there will be no overlap along the axial direction. Therefore, the liquid can be evenly distributed on the surface of the packing; the inner ribs of adjacent packings have many contact points with the surface, which strengthens the convergence and dispersion of the rib liquid and promotes the surface renewal of gas-liquid contact. These characteristics make the polypropylene conjugated ring packing have the characteristics of small pressure drop, large gas-liquid contact surface area, excellent fluid mechanics and mass transfer performance.

Characteristics of plastic conjugated ring packing:

When installed in the tower, plastic conjugated ring packing combines the advantages of ring-shaped and saddle-shaped packings, takes directional arrangement when piled randomly, and has regular packing and characteristics. It adopts a conjugated curved fin structure, with external curling at both ends and a suitable aspect ratio. The packings or the packings and the tower wall are all point contacts, and no overlapping will occur. The packings and the tower wall are all point contacts, with uniform gaps, and have the advantages of small fluid resistance (small pressure drop) and large flow rate.
