Orifice plate corrugated packing is a general-purpose structured packing. It is made of a perforated plate with grooves on the surface. The perforated plate corrugated packing is assembled by rolling small waves and large waves on the surface of the metal sheet. The perforated plate corrugated packing maintains the structural characteristics of the wire mesh corrugated packing, increases the uniform distribution of the liquid and the wetting performance of the packing, and improves the mass transfer efficiency.


Characteristics of orifice plate corrugated packing:

Orifice plate corrugated packing has the characteristics of small resistance, uniform gas-liquid distribution, high efficiency, strong anti-blocking ability, large flux, and unobvious amplification effect. It is used in negative pressure, normal pressure and pressurized operation.

It has the characteristics of high theoretical plate number per meter, low pressure drop per meter of packing, and low liquid holdup.

Application of perforated plate corrugated packing:

Perforated plate corrugated packing can be widely used in unit operations such as fine chemicals, fertilizers, oil refining, petrochemicals, natural gas distillation, absorption, extraction, etc., fine chemicals, spices, isomer separation, suitable for separation of heat-sensitive substances, test towers and transformation of existing towers. Model Y125, stacking density 80kq/m3, specific surface area 125m2/m3, porosity 0.985m3/m3, inclination 45 degrees.
